We are committed to community pharmacy, especially those serving rural and regional communities across Australia. We have personally witnessed the vital role that pharmacies, especially the pharmacists and their teams, play in improving health outcomes for the communities in which they serve. Melville House was borne from a passion to facilitate a meaningful and lasting connection between our network of stores and their communities.

WHY MELVILLE HOUSE

We have built a model founded on the philosophy of 'sending the elevator back down'. We help aspiring pharmacists into ownership sooner. Our working partners take an equal ownership stake in the pharmacy business they run. We provide an independent arms-length finance solution which means they can own their own pharmacy now, even with no equity to contribute. We are independent and so importantly we empower our partners to choose the right brand for their pharmacy and the community it serves, and offer analytical, operational and management support to help them succeed.
